Cupcake is still recovering from her extensive and very expensive leg surgery, but we wanted you to see her new life.
A life where she will never be neglected or abandoned again.
She will never sit for weeks with a painful debilitating injury in a small cage again. She is on the road to recovery and feeling great!
Cupcake is now surrounded by a wonderful canine and human family. They can't wait until the good doctor allows her to start swim therapy in her very own pool.

Cupcake also wants to share a little surprise with her friends: She is excited to follow in her canine big sister's gift of service!
Once completely healed, Cupcake will begin her classes to become a certified therapy dog.
Her sweet disposition will be enjoyed by those recovering in a hospital.
Take Me Home knows Cupcake is up for the task and it warms our hearts to hear she will give back to others in a way only an animal can.
Just today, Cupcake accompanied her canine siblings to the adult day care facility in Camarillo.
Cupcake was perfect and they all LOVED her!! Cupcake watched the old pro's do their thing and she followed along perfectly!
